FRESH HERBS AVAILABLE NOW:
The herbal information shared on this site is intended for educational and informational purposes only. We approach herbs and flowers with curiosity, respect for tradition, and a love of growing plants, not as medical or professional advice. Everyone’s body and circumstances are different, and how a plant is used —or whether it’s appropriate for you— can vary widely.
Welcome to Heart of Rock Farm, where natural beauty and the spirit of the land offer nurturing in the form of herbs for culinary, medicinal, spiritual and creative purposes, as well as a unique collection of herbal teas.
Visit our Farm Products page to discover which dried and fresh herbs we currently have available. Explore our carefully cultivated herbs and florals, each chosen for their culinary delights, healing properties, and inspiring beauty. Join us in celebrating the magic of plants for every aspect of life.
Visit the Herbal Profiles page to learn more about how different herbs are used.
And finally, visit our Herbal Teas page to discover an amazing and ever-changing lineup of original herbal tea blends, made from ingredients grown here on the farm.
Our past history as an event venue:
After more than 25 wonderful years in the wedding industry, we celebrated our final event in 2024 and embraced a new chapter: the rich, fulfilling, and far-more-relaxing life of farming.
We’re gradually liquidating an extensive collection of wedding décor and props. Throughout the coming year, we’ll continue offering these treasures —vintage, antiques, and unique decor pieces— to couples planning their own special day.
Be sure to explore our Wedding Décor pages and reach out with any questions.

(coming soon)
We have a number of farmers’ markets and Saturday markets scheduled throughout the summer, and we’ll occasionally plan a garage sale at the farm. At these events you’ll find a mix of herbs, flowers, herbal teas and sometimes a selection of wedding props — depending on the type of event.
Most events will feature an herbal tea display with open jars that allow you to sniff the different blends before choosing.
We currently offer 12 unique and original blends. Choose a single 2-serving sample ($4) or take home a variety of samples to try at home (3/$10). 8-serving packages are now available for $12.
Check the event schedule for more information.

If you have questions about herbs or specific wedding props, feel free to list the herb or item — and your questions — in the message block. Each wedding decor item has a listing number (such as “S26”). Referencing that number will help speed up a meaningful response.
Farm hours by appointment only...but we normally respond to messages fairly quickly.
