This is a short timeframe / small guest list package (30** people).
Unlike our standard wedding/reception option, this package is not DIY-oriented. It includes setup & decorating, planning & day-of coordination, DJ Service, Wedding Officiant, cake, hors d'oeuvres, non-alcoholic beverages, event insurance, an OLCC server, and minimal cleanup requirements. Your outside venue-related necessities will be the alcohol and a photographer -- and florals if you wish -- and we have some wonderful recommendations on that. With this package, everything listed below is taken care of. Show up, take photos, get married, enjoy a short reception with friends & family, and then you're off for your honeymoon.
The package includes:
* 6 hours onsite. (Typically that means 1 hour of prep (including a quick talk-thru rehearsal), 1 hour for photos, 1/2-hour for the 2 pm ceremony, 3 hours for a short reception, and a half-hour to gather your personal items and depart).
-- For an hors d'oeuvres reception the ceremony time is 2pm.
-- With optional dinner the ceremony time is 4pm.
* Full set up and decorating (just show up and get married).
* Access to the Onion Barn Reception Hall for your event; and access to the exterior of the old red barn and other beautiful outdoor areas for photos.
* Wedding Pavilion with rustic bench seating for your ceremony, weather permitting. The Pavilion faces Mt. Hood and frames the mountain between its posts.
* In cold weather (or if it rains on your wedding day), we’ll set up a cute indoor chapel for the ceremony with a pretty heart-shaped wrought iron arch.
* Wedding Officiant services (our own Parson Phil will perform your ceremony).
* Table Seating (tables and chairs) for up to 30 people**, and a sweetheart table for the wedding couple.
* Table linens (table cloths & napkins).
* Rustic-themed house decorations, including centerpieces. (Choose from several styles.)
* Rustic wine-barrel-&-plank-top buffet table for hors d'oeuvres.
* 6" cutting cake and 3 dozen cupcakes (choose from a list of flavors).**
* Rustic/shabby chic wine barrel-themed cake table and dessert area.
* Hors d'oeuvres for 30 people (choose from our list).**
* Mismatched china or clear glass plates for dessert & hors d'oeuvres.
* Harley Davidson/Rock & Roll-themed wall (with a burlap draw curtain in case it doesn’t suit your style).
* 10-foot bar with double-tap kegerator and two wine refrigerators. You bring the soft alcohol and we will provide the OLCC server.
* Non-alcoholic beverage service: Coffee or punch, bottled water, ice, and disposable drinkware & napkins.
* Large air conditioned Bride's Room/Dressing Room with private bathroom for dressing & last-minute touchups before photos. (Hair and makeup must done before you arrive due to time constraints.)
* Large air conditioned "Bunk House" (Groom’s Room/Dressing Room) in the Old Red Barn for dressing.
* Music (Heart of Rock DJ). Our DJ will also manage your timeline.
* Huge indoor dance floor with disco lights and mirror ball.
* Giant lighted “LOVE” letters in the overhead display loft.
* In good weather, Harvey -- our antique 1951 2-ton flatbed hay truck -- is available for photos.
* 3-stall luxury-style bathroom trailer with porcelain fixtures, flush toilets, running water, beautiful interior, heat/air conditioning, and music. The waiting area is covered and lighted.
* Event Planning: We'll take care of almost everything. After working though our planning worksheets, you'll meet with our Event Coordination team to choose decor options and plan your event, including the timeline and music.
* Day-Of Coordination: Our planning team will be on hand to coordinate activities throughout the rehearsal, wedding & reception.
* Event Insurance (with option to add Cancellation Insurance)
* We don’t require that you use specific vendors for photography or florals. Choose your own (with pre-approval) or we can recommend pros who have worked here before and provided an excellent service. The vendors must be able to work within our timeline.
* The barn is insulated and heated, perfect for off-season weddings. For comfort during hot weather we have excellent wind flow throughout the building, which formerly served as a drying barn. Large overhead circulating fans draw the heat up and out in the summer or push it back down during the winter.
* Minimal clean up requirements. (If you brought it, take it with you.)
Limited Availability:
~~ Availability is contingent upon both the venue and the caterer having the date open.
~~ Availability in 2025 will be limited to Mon-Wed during the summer months. Weekends will be available in non-summer months.
